Place in baking dish cover with 50% water 50% merlot.

Cover with foil and bake til tender.

Serve with Biscuits: 2 c self-rising flour (no you can't use regular flour), 1/4 c unsalted butter, 2/3 c whole milk

Mix thoroughly, pat into 1/2 thick disc, cut out biscuits (don't need a biscuit cutter...just use a small plastic cup)

Bake on a greased pan til lightly golden and brush with butter.

Remove liquid from steak, add to skillet. Reduce and add 1/4 c ketchup, 1/4 c merlot, salt and pepper. Remove when slightly thickened.

Cut biscuits in half and place onto plates. Slice beef and arrange onto biscuits, lightly drizzle gravy reduction over all.
